En homes, tant el baix pes com <strong>el sobrep\u00e8s afecta a la qualitat del semen. <\/strong>Per aquest motiu, \u00e9s recomanable que emprengueu l\u2019embar\u00e0s amb un \u00edndex de massa corporal entre 18 i 25 per part de tots dos membres de la parella.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li><strong>Fer exercici f\u00edsic.<\/strong> Practicar exercici f\u00edsic \u00e9s <strong>essencial<\/strong> per a preparar-se per a un embar\u00e0s saludable, ja que contribueix al <strong>bon funcionament hormonal<\/strong> i al <strong>control del pes<\/strong> i disminueix l\u2019estr\u00e8s <strong><\/strong>. Per\u00f2 heu d\u2019evitar l\u2019exercici molt intens o vigor\u00f3s, ja que s\u2019ha relacionat amb menor fertilitat en les dones amb IMC<25 i pitjor qualitat del semen en la parella masculina.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li><strong>Evitar l\u2019alcohol.<\/strong> Les dones que consumeixen alcohol de manera habitual poden trigar m\u00e9s a aconseguir un embar\u00e0s. L\u2019exercici f\u00edsic, el ioga o la meditaci\u00f3 us poden ajudar a controlar-lo.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"9\"><li><strong>Limitar l\u2019exposici\u00f3 a contaminants ambientals i subst\u00e0ncies t\u00f2xiques <\/strong>que poden alterar la fertilitat: com a dissolvents de neteja en sec, metalls pesants, pesticides, i, possiblement, bisfenol A (BPA).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"10\"><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/preconcepcion\/visita-preconcepcional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Consultar amb un obstetre<\/a><\/strong>.
