{"id":7012,"date":"2022-02-05T11:03:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-05T11:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/?p=7012"},"modified":"2022-09-03T08:35:34","modified_gmt":"2022-09-03T08:35:34","slug":"quan-estic-ovulant-i-com-deixar-les-pastilles-anticonceptives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/ca\/preconcepcio\/quan-estic-ovulant-i-com-deixar-les-pastilles-anticonceptives\/","title":{"rendered":"Quan estic ovulant i com deixar les pastilles anticonceptives"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\"><\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 2<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">min.<\/span><\/span>\n<p>\u00c9s habitual que quan us llanceu a la <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/preconcepcion\/prepararse-fisica-y-mentalmente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cerca per a tenir un beb\u00e8<\/a> estigueu utilitzant un m\u00e8tode anticonceptiu. <strong>Saber com deixar-lo i aprendre a identificar els dies m\u00e9s f\u00e8rtils s\u00f3n els pilars fonamentals per a quedar-se embarassada de manera r\u00e0pida i saludable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quan s\u00f3n els dies f\u00e8rtils<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els dies f\u00e8rtils s\u00f3n aquells en els quals la probabilitat de fecundaci\u00f3 (\u00e9s a dir, que un espermatozoide trobi un ov\u00f2cit i el fecundi donant com a resultat un embar\u00e0s) \u00e9s m\u00e9s alta. <strong>En general, considerem els dies f\u00e8rtils des de 2-3 dies abans de l\u2019ovulaci\u00f3 fins a 24 hores despr\u00e9s d\u2019aquesta.<\/strong> Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s aix\u00ed perqu\u00e8 els espermatozoides poden sobreviure en el tracte genital fins a 72 hores, mentre que l\u2019\u00f2vul solament \u00e9s viable durant 24 hores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com saber si estic ovulant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cal considerar que teniu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pediatriaintegral.es\/publicacion-2017-07\/el-ciclo-menstrual-y-sus-alteraciones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">cicles ovulatoris <\/a>quan els vostres cicles s\u00f3n regulars, \u00e9s a dir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>oscil\u00b7len entre 25 i 35 dies (encara que poden ser rangs m\u00e9s amplis), <\/li><li>la regla dura de 3 a 7 dies i<\/li><li>la quantitat de fluid menstrual que es troba \u00e9s menor de 80 ml. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En un cicle menstrual mitjana de 28 dies, l\u2019ovulaci\u00f3 normalment es produeix aproximadament 14 dies despr\u00e9s de l\u2019inici de la regla o cosa que \u00e9s el mateix, 14 dies abans del comen\u00e7ament de la seg\u00fcent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El cos us donar\u00e0 senyals o s\u00edmptomes per a saber que esteu ovulant<\/strong> i per tant, que es troba en els dies m\u00e9s f\u00e8rtils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Augment de la temperatura basal <\/strong>(la temperatura del cos en rep\u00f2s en despertar al mat\u00ed) entre 0,3 i 0,5 \u00b0C. &nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>El flux vaginal<\/strong> t\u00e9 aspecte de \u201cclara d\u2019ou\u201d: \u00e9s el\u00e0stic (pots separar-ho amb les gemmes de dos dits diversos cent\u00edmetres) i m\u00e9s abundant.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Algunes dones experimenten l\u2019anomenat \u201cMittelschmerz\u201d, que \u00e9s una <strong>mol\u00e8stia o dolor que es produeix en el moment de l\u2019ovulaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Encara que aquest \u00e9s un signe poc fiable d\u2019ovulaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" src=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/fertilidad.jpg\" alt=\"Fertilidad\" class=\"wp-image-8606\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/fertilidad.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/fertilidad-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/fertilidad-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com deixar de prendre la p\u00edndola o altres m\u00e8todes anticonceptius<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 ocorre si deixeu de prendre els anticonceptius a meitat del bl\u00edster o a meitat de cicle? No ocorreria res. <\/strong>Tant els anticonceptius hormonals orals (la p\u00edndola), com l\u2019anell i el pegat es poden deixar en qualsevol moment. El DIU (dispositiu intrauter\u00ed) i l\u2019implant subd\u00e9rmico requereixen que sigui <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/preconcepcion\/visita-preconcepcional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un professional sanitari<\/a> qui el retiri. <strong>En tots aquests casos, el retorn a la fertilitat \u00e9s immediat<\/strong> i les usu\u00e0ries d\u2019aquests anticonceptius trigaran el mateix a concebre un embar\u00e0s que les dones que no han usat anticoncepci\u00f3 pr\u00e8viament<strong>.
