D\u2019altra banda, \u00e9s essencial <strong>moderar la cafe\u00efna i eliminar t\u00f2xics com el tabac, l\u2019alcohol i drogues de tota classe<\/strong> abans de l\u2019embar\u00e0s. Aix\u00ed reduireu el risc de malformacions en el fetus i futures patologies en el beb\u00e8.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s recomanable que acompanyeu aquests consells d\u2019una correcta hidrataci\u00f3, un descans adequat i <strong>exercici f\u00edsic regular<\/strong>, evitant activitats intenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El pes previ i la dieta de l\u2019embarassada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8221;obesitat es relaciona amb una major dificultat en dones i homes per a la concepci\u00f3 de l\u2019embar\u00e0s. A m\u00e9s, existeix una clara relaci\u00f3 entre obesitat pr\u00e8via i augment del risc de futures complicacions en l\u2019embar\u00e0s com les malformacions fetals, diabetis gestacional o preeclampsia. Per a perdre pes \u00e9s recomanable acudir a un nutricionista que us ajudar\u00e0 a seguir una dieta hipocal\u00f3rica adequada i personalitzada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recomanacions alimentoses durant la cerca del beb\u00e8<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No existeix una dieta per a quedar-se embarassada<\/strong>, no obstant aix\u00f2 conv\u00e9 assegurar l\u2019aportaci\u00f3 d\u2019unes certes vitamines i minerals en la dieta. La ingesta d\u2019aquests nutrients \u00e9s beneficiosa en totes les etapes de la vida, per\u00f2 en la preconcepci\u00f3 i durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s cobra especial rellev\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u00c0cid f\u00f2lic.<\/strong> Es troba en verdures i hortalisses. Tamb\u00e9 en els llegums, la fruita seca i els cereals integrals.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Calci i vitamina D.<\/strong> Ho trobareu sobretot en lactis, peixos blaus, mongetes, br\u00f2coli, ametlles i en el rovell de l\u2019ou.<\/li><li><strong>Vitamina B12<\/strong>. Aquelles que tingueu <strong>antecedents d\u2019un embar\u00e0s afectat per un DTN, heu de prendre 4 mg\/dia d\u2019\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic. <\/strong>En la <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/preconcepcion\/visita-preconcepcional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">visita preconcepcional<\/a>, la matrona us pot prescriure amb detall la quantitat per a cada situaci\u00f3.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Iode:<\/strong> Tenir uns nivells \u00f2ptims en iode \u00e9s <strong>b\u00e0sic per al desenvolupament neurol\u00f2gic del beb\u00e8.<\/strong> S\u2019han de menjar aliments rics en aquest mineral, fonamentalment lactis i peix, aix\u00ed com fomentar l\u2019\u00fas de sal iodada en la vostra dieta. Per\u00f2 aquesta mesura pot ser insuficient, per la qual cosa la gran majoria de societats cient\u00edfiques recomanen la suplementaci\u00f3 farmacol\u00f2gica amb iodur pot\u00e0ssic. Abans i durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 en el per\u00edode de lact\u00e0ncia, i <strong>almenys 0,15 mg\/dia per sobre de la ingesta habitual a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Llista d\u2019aliments a evitar durant la cerca del beb\u00e8<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a reduir riscos durant la cerca del beb\u00e8, \u00e9s aconsellable que <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/alimentacion-saludable-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" title=\"eviteu una s\u00e8rie d\u2019aliments\">eviteu una s\u00e8rie d\u2019aliments<\/a> i aix\u00ed prevenir infeccions o futurs problemes.
