{"id":7061,"date":"2022-01-17T13:34:55","date_gmt":"2022-01-17T13:34:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/?p=7061"},"modified":"2022-05-10T10:49:47","modified_gmt":"2022-05-10T10:49:47","slug":"com-prevenir-les-infeccions-durant-lembaras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/ca\/embaras\/com-prevenir-les-infeccions-durant-lembaras\/","title":{"rendered":"Com prevenir les infeccions durant l&#8217;embar\u00e0s"},"content":{"rendered":"<span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\"><\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> 3<\/span> <span class=\"rt-label rt-postfix\">min.<\/span><\/span>\n<p>Si esteu esperant un beb\u00e8, \u00e9s important que conegueu <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/cambios-fisicos-y-emocionales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">quines mesures heu de prendre<\/a> per a <strong>prevenir el contagi d\u2019algunes infeccions. <\/strong>Algunes poden tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies greus per al beb\u00e8, com a defectes cong\u00e8nits o complicacions en l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/revisiones-medicas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de l\u2019embar\u00e0s.<\/a> La <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/cambios-fisicos-y-emocionales\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">seguretat aliment\u00e0ria<\/a>, les<a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/salud\/vacunas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> vacunes<\/a> i la rentada de mans s\u00f3n els tres pilars de la prevenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com cuinar els aliments en l\u2019embar\u00e0s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Algunes <strong>infeccions<\/strong> com la toxoplasmosis, <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/preconcepcion\/visita-preconcepcional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">listeriosis<\/a>, brucel\u00b7losi o la salmonel\u00b7losi poden contreure&#8221;s <strong>a trav\u00e9s d\u2019aliments contaminats<\/strong>. A l\u2019hora de cuinar no heu d\u2019oblidar que \u00e9s important seguir aquestes recomanacions: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Consumir la carn i els productes carnis<\/strong> ben<strong> cuinats <\/strong>a altes temperatures (a m\u00e9s de 70 \u00b0C durant almenys 2 minuts).<\/li><li><strong>Congelar pr\u00e8viament a baixes temperatures <\/strong>(menys de -18\u00b0) durant 48 hores<strong> la carn i el peix que no aneu a cuinar. <\/strong>Aquest m\u00e9todotambi\u00e9n destrueix els microorganismes, a excepci\u00f3 de la salmonel\u00b7la, que sobreviu a la congelaci\u00f3. <\/li><li><strong>Evitar menjar postres o altres aliments congelats que continguin ou cru.<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Pelar o rentar adequadament les fruites i vegetals<\/strong>. Podeu utilitzar aigua amb un producte apte per a desinfecci\u00f3 d\u2019aliments (consulteu l\u2019etiqueta), durant almenys 10 minuts. Despr\u00e9s, esbandiu amb abundant aigua potable.<\/li><li><strong>Rentar els utensilis<\/strong> de cuina i les <strong>superf\u00edcies <\/strong>que useu per a cuinar. <\/li><li><strong>Rentar-se  les mans<\/strong> minuciosament abans i despr\u00e9s de manipular aliments.<\/li><li>Les <strong>sobres de menjar<\/strong> <strong>no<\/strong> han d\u2019estar m\u00e9s de <strong>2 hores<\/strong> a <strong>temperatura ambient<\/strong>. Abans del seu consum, assegureu-vos d\u2019escalfar-les a m\u00e9s de 70 \u00b0C durant almenys 2 minuts.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aliments no recomanats durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>La llet crua<\/strong>, formatges frescos o de pasta tova i formatges blaus sense pasteuritzar. <\/li><li><strong>Brots crus<\/strong> (soia, alfals\u2026).<\/li><li><strong>Ous crus<\/strong> o preparacions que els continguin. <\/li><li><strong>Peix cru<\/strong> (sushi, tartar, ceviche\u2026) i peix fumat, refrigerat o marinat. <\/li><li><strong>Carn crua<\/strong> (tartar, carpaccio\u2026).<\/li><li><strong>Fruites i hortalisses crues o no rentades<\/strong> o desinfectades (bosses preparades, amanides de restaurants\u2026).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quines vacunes estan recomanades en l\u2019embar\u00e0s?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha vacunes amb virus vius que no s\u2019han d\u2019administrar durant la gestaci\u00f3, com la de la varicel\u00b7la. No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha unes altres que s\u00ed que estan recomanades, s\u00f3n segures i <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/salud\/calendario-vacunas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">us protegeixen tant les mam\u00e0s gestants com als beb\u00e8s. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Tos ferina.<\/strong>&nbsp;Se us administra entre les setmanes 28 i la 32. Heu de repetir-la en cada nou embar\u00e0s.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Grip.<\/strong> Solament en \u00e8poca de grip.<\/li><li><strong>Vacuna enfront de SARS-CoV-2<\/strong> (si no esteu vacunades pr\u00e8viament). Recordeu que, si tens <strong>parelles sexuals diferents <\/strong>\u00e9s important que<a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/sexualidad-durante-embarazo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> <strong>us continueu protegint<\/strong> <\/a>durant aquests mesos amb l\u2019\u00fas de <strong>preservatiu <\/strong>contra infeccions com el VIH, virus del papil\u00b7loma hum\u00e0, clamidia o virus de l\u2019herpes. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Citomegalovirus (CMV).<\/strong> El CMV \u00e9s una infecci\u00f3 molt freq\u00fcent en la poblaci\u00f3 mundial. En <strong>la majoria de les persones<\/strong> aquesta infecci\u00f3 <strong>no dona s\u00edmptomes<\/strong> ni comporta gravetat, per\u00f2 les <strong>embarassades<\/strong> podeu <strong>transmetre la infecci\u00f3 al beb\u00e8<\/strong> i produir-li una p\u00e8rdua de visi\u00f3, d\u2019audici\u00f3 o una discapacitat. Aquest virus es transmet <strong>a trav\u00e9s de fluids corporals<\/strong> (saliva, orina, sang\u2026).
