La millor arma per a combatre aquests dolors \u00e9s la prevenci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Com prevenir els dolors?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Els dolors d\u2019articulacions<strong> i m\u00fasculs <\/strong>com la lumb\u00e0lgia (dolor de la zona baixa de l\u2019esquena), el dolor en els malucs, en el coxis o en els ossos p\u00fabics s\u00f3n <strong>molt freq\u00fcents<\/strong>. Les dones amb <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/preconcepcion\/prepararse-fisica-y-mentalmente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sobrep\u00e8s o obeses<\/a>, mult\u00edparas (no primerizas) i aquelles que ja ten\u00edeu dolors d\u2019esquena <strong>o ci\u00e0tica abans<\/strong> de la gestaci\u00f3, tindreu <strong>m\u00e9s probabilitats<\/strong> de patir-los en l\u2019embar\u00e0s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquests dolors s\u00f3n deguts, en part, al fet que <strong>el pes de l\u2019\u00fater<\/strong> modifica el vostre <strong>centre de gravetat<\/strong>. D\u2019altra banda, en l\u2019embar\u00e0s se sintetitza l\u2019hormona relaxina, que permet que els tendons i els lligaments s\u2019afluixin per a facilitar que els ossos de la pelvis es moguin per a facilitar el pas del beb\u00e8 durant <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/nacimiento\/parto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">el part<\/a>. Aquest augment en la mobilitat en les articulacions (hiperlaxitud) tamb\u00e9 comporta una inestabilitat que pot provocar dolors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>millor prevenci\u00f3<\/strong> per a aquest tipus de dolor \u00e9s <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/ejercicio-fisico\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l&#8221;exercici f\u00edsic.<\/a> <\/strong>Activitats com caminar, el ioga o la nataci\u00f3 s\u00f3n bones opcions per a vosaltres. Igual d\u2019important \u00e9s controlar el guany de pes. Altres consells que <a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/dia-a-dia-embarazadas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">us poden ajudar<\/a> s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dormir amb un coix\u00ed entre les cames i col\u00b7locant un genoll flexionat per damunt.<\/li><li>Usar un cal\u00e7at amb 2 o 3 cent\u00edmetres de tal\u00f3.<\/li><li>Aplicar calor i fred local alternativament sobre la zona adolorida. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mal de ventre durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>mal de ventre o panxa<\/strong> durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s ha de ser <strong>sempre<\/strong> motiu de <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/revisiones-medicas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">consulta m\u00e8dica<\/a><\/strong>. Moltes vegades, el dolor no \u00e9s de causa ginecol\u00f2gica, sin\u00f3 que es tracta d\u2019altres problemes comuns com a gastroenteritis, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/prevencion-malestares\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">restrenyiment<\/a><\/strong>, c\u00f2lic renal o apendicitis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/segundo-mes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">primer trimestre<\/a><\/strong>, \u00e9s possible que noteu mol\u00e8sties o <strong>dolors<\/strong> similars als de la <strong>menstruaci\u00f3.<\/strong> Si s\u00f3n lleus, intermitents i no s\u2019acompanyen d\u2019altres s\u00edmptomes (com sagnat vaginal, febre\u2026), no comporten gravetat. Algunes embarassades noten un dolor pelvi\u00e0 que correspon a l\u2019estirament del lligament rod\u00f3. Aquest \u00e9s un proc\u00e9s benigne.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"748\" src=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dolores-embarazo-1024x748.jpg\" alt=\"Mujer embarazada con dolor de espalda\" class=\"wp-image-5453\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dolores-embarazo-1024x748.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dolores-embarazo-300x219.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dolores-embarazo-768x561.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dolores-embarazo-1536x1122.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/Dolores-embarazo-2048x1496.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hi ha <strong>ocasions<\/strong> en les quals el <strong>dolor abdominal<\/strong> \u00e9s s\u00edmptoma d\u2019un problema <strong>m\u00e9s greu<\/strong>, com un <strong>embar\u00e0s ect\u00f2pic<\/strong> (que \u00e9s quan el beb\u00e8 est\u00e0 fora de l\u2019\u00fater, generalment en la trompa de Fal\u00b7lopi) o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/tercer-mes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un avortament espontani<\/a>.<\/strong> En cas d\u2019avortament, haur\u00e0 sagnat vaginal, mentre que en cas d\u2019embar\u00e0s ect\u00f2pic pot haver-hi o no sagnat vaginal. L\u2019embar\u00e0s ect\u00f2pic sol diagnosticar-se a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un examen pelvi\u00e0, una an\u00e0lisi de sang o una ecografia en el primer trimestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A partir de la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/bebe.consumer.es\/embarazo\/quinto-mes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">segona meitat de l\u2019embar\u00e0s<\/a><\/strong>, davant un dolor abdominal, sempre heu de descartar un <strong>treball de part.<\/strong>A vegades, els moviments fetals normals poden resultar molestos, sobretot cap a les \u00faltimes setmanes, quan el beb\u00e8 \u00e9s m\u00e9s gran. <strong>Algunes vegades<\/strong> el <strong>dolor<\/strong> pot significar que hi ha una <strong>patologia m\u00e9s greu<\/strong>, com un despreniment de placenta, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aeped.es\/sites\/default\/files\/documentos\/16_1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">preeclampsia<\/a> o trencament uter\u00ed, entre altres. En aquests casos el dolor sol debutar amb sagnat vaginal o altres s\u00edmptomes associats. En aquests casos, \u00e9s important acudir a urg\u00e8ncies com m\u00e9s aviat millor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Es poden prendre analg\u00e8sics?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00ed, quan el dolor no ha millorat amb altres mesures no farmacol\u00f2giques. El <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.analesdepediatria.org\/es-consumo-paracetamol-durante-gestacion-articulo-S1695403320300187\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">paracetamol<\/a> <\/strong>es considera segur durant l\u2019embar\u00e0s i \u00e9s l\u2019analg\u00e8sic de <strong>primera elecci\u00f3.<\/strong> Recordeu que sempre heu de prendre la <strong>menor dosi que sigui efectiva<\/strong>. Heu d\u2019evitar els antiinflamatoris, com l\u2019ibuprofeno, i solament els utilitzareu com a \u00faltim recurs i sempre sota supervisi\u00f3 m\u00e8dica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quan consultar amb el metge?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sempre que sentiu dolor<\/strong> heu de consultar amb un professional sanitari.
